Felicity Resorts is a privately held real estate investment firm led by Norbert Mede, a thirty- year hospitality veteran, engaged in the acquisition, development, and management of destination Micro Resorts around the world.
The resorts will focus on a high level of personalized service and the marriage of wellness and adventure, bringing together the active lifestyle and tranquility of a balanced mind, body and spirit, all with the lightest environmental footprint possible.
Felicity Resort’s investment parameters are focused on the acquisition and management of undervalued assets and assets that have expansion or development opportunities. The firm predominately focuses on value-added real estate transactions that possess the following characteristics
• Implementation of operational improvements
Acquisitions will be fully supported by a comprehensive marketing, branding and
positioning plan to drive revenues
• Investments will be located in jungle, mountain, beach and desert locations, generally
areas that require an extra effort to get to and have a certain remoteness and proximity
to nature.
• Assets will be located primarily in the Western U.S. and Canada, the Caribbean, the
South Pacific and Central America. Future acquisitions could be in Europe, South
America , southeast Asia and Africa
