We are extremely excited about Tiny Home living and we would like to help share this incredible lifestyle opportunity with others. I could go on and on about the amazing benefits of going “Tiny,” but I’ll leave that for our blog which you can check out on our website. Jennifer and I decided to start building our Tiny Home after struggling with the reality that we would be putting a huge fraction
of our income towards owning our own home or throwing it away on rent. We strongly felt it would be much wiser to use that money to invest in assets for the future and invest in our own life experiences rather than being “house poor.” We were so excited when we realized that a Tiny Home lifestyle would give us the freedom to do both! Jennifer and I own a small real estate investment company, Turner Property Solutions, with which we have Wholesaled and Flipped properties. This experience with residential real estate redevelopment has given us the knowledge and experience needed to build our own Tiny Home. Soon after starting our own Tiny Home we realized that we absolutely loved building Tiny Homes and helping other people achieve the freedom that we have found through “Tiny living.” Thus Turner Tiny Homes was born! It is the perfect job/hobby for me because of my love for solving problems through creating unique and space efficient solutions (I seriously lay awake at night thinking about this stuff). I can either blame that on my UC Davis degree in Mechanical Engineering or on my childhood dream of being an inventor… or was it a pirate? Jennifer is my perfect partner-in-crime because she has a great eye for interior design and she keeps my crazy ideas in check (so that they don’t just work, but look good too!). We really enjoy working together on our projects and creating each unique and amazing Tiny Home. Between her taste and my problem solving know-how, we are the perfect team to make any Tiny Home dream a reality. Jen and I are definitely a different Tiny Home builder team than a typical builder you would order a model from. The sky is the limit (well 13.5 ft actually) because we build each Tiny Home from the ground up with you in mind. They are fully customizable to your lifestyle which allows you to get the most of every single square Inch! Also, because we ourselves are Tiny Home owners, we know what it is like and it will allow us to help design and envision your Tiny Home with your lifestyle in mind.
