They ripped us off too! But great news they have a class action law suit in place. I already contacted the firm but I am still looking for a way to cancel the contract in the meantime. Contact The Hayes Law Firm, Las Vegas, 702-656-0808

So I could be wrong, but I completely take this to mean that they are aware of the lies that are being told at their presentations & don’t care because they set you up to trap you with the contract. Wow! This is how they do business & have an “A” rating with the BBB... (the below is a screen shot of a response from one of their representatives posted publicly on the BBB website)

Please share your experience with the Federal Trade Commission if you haven’t already.

Please list the company as StarPoint Resort so hopefully all of the complaints will go under the same company instead of being diluted under one of its affiliates.

We have a voice to speak against these scammers & there is power in numbers!

If you have not received the business that was sold to you when you signed up or feel like you have been scammed by StarPoint Resort/ Geo Holiday/ Sapphire Resorts or any other timeshare company please make your voice heard.

Just to share a little recent experience: In my recent conversation with Alyssa, a supervisor at the GeoHoliday Resort who called me because of my complaints. I explain all the misrepresentation that was done at the initial presentation when we signed up. I also pointed out to her that we were never informed of the Right to Cancel (probably because they were hoping that we didn’t find out that we could change our minds & cancel until after the given time had passed). She responding by telling me that in the state of Nevada ( the state the contact was signed in) they are not required to review the Right to Cancel at signing, only to provide the document... 🤔🤔🤔 I’m not a lawyer, but this does not seem lawful to me; for a company to only be required to provide the document.

My conversation with Alyssa only further displayed the way this company does business.

The conversation lasted 25 minutes and in the mist of it, she tried to persuade me to make a reservation to “give them an opportunity to provide better service”... to spend more of my money, with hopes of them finally doing their jobs & providing the service that I’ve been paying for & have yet to receive in the 3 years that I’ve had the membership...NO THANK YOU!

Consumers have rights & companies like GeoHoliday/ StarPoint Resorts/ Sapphire Resorts seems to ignore those rights and get away with it. A very upsetting experience.

Since there are so many businesses out there trying to take advantage of our already fragile level of trust by falling victim to these timeshare companies. This page is going to allow us to have a voice & come together to find a way to help us help ourselves.

My experience with Sapphire Resorts has been far from what they promised at the presentation I attended in Las Vegas. I want to hear about your experience. I know I can’t be the only person that has experienced their lies and deception & I will not sit by quietly & be taken advantage of.

We have a voice as consumers & companies have an obligation to provide the services that we agreed to pay for & to explain the true services that they offer. The documents signed should match the services explained. Or they should be held accountable. Period.

We will not condone anyone talking down to anyone else or anyone making comments that degrade anyone else that has made a comment. This blog was created to serve a purpose. To give consumers a voice - to voice our true accounts of what has happened to us & to come together to do something when nothings being done!
