MODE OF PAYMENT
* ₱16,000/person initial to reserve of seats/slots
* ₱16,000/person 30 days after the 1st payment
* Full Payment: 45days before travel date
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* A minimum of 2 pax is required for the package; rooms are based on twin/double sharing. Single supplements apply.
* A non-refundable P16,000 per person will be charged to guarantee room and seat reservation.
* 2nd down payment of P16,000 30 days after the first payment
* All down payment is non-refundable
* In case of visa denial, the name change is allowed provided the change pax has existed or waived of the visa.
* Full payment will be required 45 days before the departure dates.
* Failure to pay remaining balances on due dates means cancellation of reservations.
* No refund for unused airfare tickets, rooms, meals, tours & transfer services.
* Strictly no cancellations or amendments are required upon confirmation of booking.
* For passengers who cannot pass the immigration process, the Full * Tour Package cost is non-refundable.
* Package is not applicable for Senior Citizen/ Student discounts.
* Travel Insurance for 71 y.o. and above are excluded. Subject to add-on by Travel Insurance provider.
* All Passengers must get a Negative RT-PCR Test if needed (own pax account).
* Cancellations due to force majeure and government-imposed restrictions are for rebooking only, subject to hotel and flight availability and policy.
* Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances.
* In the event of sudden notice of flight time change by the airlines, the passengers must follow the new set of schedules.
* Full Cancellation charge for any cancellation 30 days before the travel dates.
* If pax will not join the shopping tour, a $150/pax surcharge will apply and be collected on the spot.
* Package is Non-Refundable, Non-Rebookable, Non- Transferabel and Non-reroutable.
* A Booking Confirmation will be issued upon down payment as proof of reservation.
* E-tickets and Hotel Service vouchers must be issued 2 weeks before departures.
* Any payment made means accepting, approving, and confirming the booking.
