Shoutout to the friends that know how to travel with one another without requiring too much. Here’s what I mean…

Sometimes you want to get away with a couple of friends, but you’re not looking for a complete turn up, you have a few ideas of things to do on your itinerary, and you also want some time to just chill. Traveling with friends that all know how to coexist without NEEDING you to do everything with them every step of the way is important.

With these ladies, at times someone would be inside working while the others were at the pool, or one of us would decide to cook at home while the other ate out. Things like that.

Find you a duo or trio of friends like that and take the stress out of planning and enjoy the vacation ✨

When they say all inclusive resorts don’t have the juice to be as swanky as boutique hotels.

On June 30, 2021, Now Jade Riviera Cancun will become Dreams Jade Resort & Spa and the upgrades are EVERYTHING.

Enhancements and upgrades include:
Renovations to the Italian restaurant Capers, Mexican restaurant Tamarindo, Asian restaurant Spice, Carnival buffet restaurant, Mix bar, Barefoot Grill and Scores bar

And yes, upgrades even to wedding locations. So that beachfront wedding can also be yours.

AND ALL pools have been upgraded to heated pools. I’m ready for Jade Resort this summer

If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, Zoetry Villa Rolandi Isla Mujeres is everything you need. With only 35 guest rooms this resort gives you the perks of a large resort but the service and amenities of a boutique hotel.

Have you ever just needed to get away? And no this time I'm not even talking about travel, I'm talking about just taking a break from the norms of your everyday life.

Well, I needed. Between juggling 2.5 businesses (because my food services are picking up), grieving the loss of family members, and having to manage 4 social media accounts daily, I needed a break.

Travel is picking up and the influx of inquiries in my inbox is proof. Everyone is getting vaccinated or just tired of being home, so the travel is booming in a great way and I'm here for it.

Ok, so when traveling, what's your must have in the hotel room? Like what's your thing?

I'm obsessed with nice bathrooms and sitting areas.

So in case you didn't know, I have a work background in construction 🥴 so shiny fixtures, nice tubs and lighting gets me excited lol. And for whatever reason, I always want a large seating area, when half the time I'm out exploring a city anyway. Glenn Hotel, Autograph Collection

One thing that I love, is a chic hotel right in the heart of a city. Throw in amazing amenities, the perfect rooftop with a view, and a some classy cocktails, and it's a winner for me.

isn't just a chic boutique hotel, it's a Bed + Beverage done right. Each suite hosts it's own luxurious design and style with your favorite cocktails & spirits in mind.

For a swanky girls weekend, I'd definitely recommend the Champagne suite, which sleeps 4. And if you're looking for the perfect Co-ed getaway or just need more room, pair this with the Whiskey suite that accommodates 6 and you have the perfect digs, for a summer getaway in Nashville.

Guess what? TRAVEL IS MAKING A COMEBACK 🙌

After a year of cancelled vacations and postponed getaways, the demand for travel is about to be crazy. I can already tell based on the inquiries I've been getting.

So, a few things to consider for Summer Travel:

Summer travel "may" be more expensive. WHY? Because of the demand. Hotels and Airlines have been hurting just as much as you, so they are adjusting pricing accordingly.

Summer travel is typically more expensive without Covid. Keep in mind that this is prime time for many students, teachers, and families with kids, to travel.

As vaccinations become more widely available, the demand for summer travel will increase. So if you're scheduled for your vaccinations and plan to travel soon after, I'd suggest making reservations, like yesterday.

Do your research, plan that getaway, and be safe of course.

It felt so good just to get away
Even with the limitations on things to do, I still thoroughly enjoyed Curaçao.

The beaches were beautiful so I could literally lay out all day, and did.

Sometimes it’s just a matter of having new scenery that allows you to relax and reset.

2. Book a package deal! Flight and hotel packages are always more cost effective.

The city that’s been crowned to have THE BEST Cheesesteaks! If you’re into delicious beef smothered in cheese and onions, you should definitely head to Philly to try for yourself!

The rival between and had been going on for years! Be sure to travel with a local or practice how to order. Just remember with or without.

Philly has so many cute boutique hotel options to choose from whether you want to splurge a little or are working with a modest budget. and the newly opened are just a few that I’d recommend.

First time visitors definitely have to get the IG worthy photo running the Rocky Steps, head over to the infamous Love Sculpture, dry all of the deliciousness at , and check out the Liberty Bell. Besides that, there’s the pier, plenty of parks and great museums to check out.

Despite being known for cheesesteaks, Philly has some amazing eateries. pairs delicious southern comfort food with smooth live jazz. You can get your southern fix from and an Indian fix from Amanda’s South Indian Cuisine.

Be sure to take a stroll down Broad street and soak in the views of Philly because there’s plenty to do and see. @ Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
