Hey there! I am looking for a replacement flatmate in a lovely apartment (with a ground floor garden) on Paramaribostraat from Aug onwards. €1237 per month, excluding utilities, internet and water. Registration possible.

Less than 15 mins by bike into the city centre, Jumbo supermarket is 200m away, and for active ones like me, both Rembrant park and Vondelpark are less than 1km away!

You’ll only be sharing the apartment with me - a sporty, active and easy going Singaporean girl who is working in Amsterdam 😊

Hoi! Voor ons appartement op Wittenburg in het centrum van Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe werkende huisgenoot van 24+ jaar. De kamer die vrijkomt vanaf 1 juli 2024 is ongeveer 11 m2 groot (zie foto's). Het appartement heeft een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte (27 m2) met een mooie open keuken, een balkon op het zuiden, een ruime badkamer met do**he en een berging beneden voor de fietsen. De prijs van de kamer is op dit moment €890 inclusief gas, water, elektriciteit, internet en de leaseprijs van de wasmachine, maar exclusief gemeentelijke belastingen. De borg is €700. Inschrijving is mogelijk. Hi! For our apartment at Wittenburg in the center of Amsterdam, we are looking for a new housemate who is working and aged 24+. The room that will be available from July 1, 2024 is about 11 m2 in area (see photos). The apartment has a large common room (27 m2) with a beautiful open kitchen, a south-facing balcony, a spacious bathroom, and a storage room downstairs for the bicycles. The price of the room is currently €890 including gas, water, electricity, internet, and the lease price of the washing machine, but excluding municipal taxes. The deposit is €700. Registration is possible. Museum Square (Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum) can be reached within 10 minutes by tram number 2 or 5. From Central Station you can take local trams and buses and national and international train services. The owner speaks English, Dutch and some French.

Classy Room in Amsterdam!

Private double room in a canal house dating from 1608 situated on Singel Canal in the oldest part of Amsterdam. Centrally located.
The space
This private room available for the exclusive use of Airbnb-guests is just like an apartment without a kitchen; the room is situated on the first floor at the front of the house. This Airbnb-space includes a large bedroom with exposed oak beams and an authentic brick wall.

Bathroom:
Adjacent to the bedroom is your private bathroom (with shower, sink, mirror and toilet) for Airbnb-guests only. Please note that there indeed is a shower in the bathroom, but no bath! In the room itself, there is a double bed consisting out of 2 latex mattresses each measuring 90 x 200 cm. Please note that the bed consists out of TWO single mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm and not out of one double mattress measuring 180 x 200 cm.

Heating in the room: There are two large radiators in the room located beneath all of the windows and one can adjust the temperature in the room by turning the temperature-knobs on these radiators.

There is also a sitting area with a couch, 2 chairs, cable television, a DVD-player, internet using Wifi as well as internet by the use of a cable. There are lots of books, mostly in the English language on various topics and a computer-desk in the study corner with a chair; a 'laptop friendly workspace' in case you need to get some work done.
