Thank you to this drone operator for capturing the last 12 hours of chaos in . It is essential to view this video to conceptualize the damage that occurred last night.

Our 70' oak tree fell and split our home in Rogers, Arkansas in two causing major and significant damage. It is too early to know if we can rebuild. The tree hit the T section, the major load bearing walls that support the entire rest of the home. The tree didn't just hit one load bearing T wall, it hit all four simultaneously.

We have everything we need - food, shelter, water - and we'll be staying at our family ranch Kandler's Shadow Ranch in Lincoln until we figure out our next steps.

Keep checking in on your neighbors, offer to support those who need it most and we'll be traveling back and forth to help with clean ups. If FEMA needs extra hands, I am available to serve as clean up.

Happy Thursday! Today is . I couldn't let this day pass without introducing my newest pet fish. Sure, we caught him, on a line, and we put him back into the pond with the other 10 big mouth bass and cat fish we caught in an hour. Therefore, he is a pet.

Thanks to a fisherman named Chanse, we discovered that we have a “prize pond” for fishing. He caught and released these Bass and took a few photos. I loaded the pond with Blue Gill and Catfish.

A few days ago, a turtle crossed our private road. Snap, the turtle, reached our ranch a quarter mile up the road this morning. Symbolically, turtles represent wisdom, stability, longevity, self-confidence and calmness. The turtle often represents a deep connection to our inner world.

My father purchased what is now in 1979. In a love letter, he gifted this ranch to me in 2021 to cultivate the land and it's purpose for two more generations. Kandler's Shadow Ranch (www.kandlershadowranch.com) is a space for wholehearted renewal, thriving & well-being. Courageous Steps (www.courageoussteps.org) renews and develops servant-leaders through leadership development knowledge and tools. I am in the process of designing an organization that represents both Kandler's Shadow Ranch, Courageous Steps and renewing a company I started 25 years ago, RegCas Creative under one name. Each will have their own DBA so branding will remain the same. I haven't come up with a name for this new organization besides playing with the word Integrar, Integrate, to integrate, to make whole.

We welcome two new calves, today, May 19, 2022. Introducing Kandler and Kaden. Both are Beefalo Shorthorn cross. We lost one of our calves born last week that we hadn't yet named. These two are so sweet and playful.

Our partner also welcomed several new calves. One of their calves, Kipton, has become my little buddy riding shotgun in the truck and letting me love him.
