Our home at North Golden Sands has all the modern conveniences, but the most important features are natural. Panoramic views of stunning Lake Michigan sunsets, the soothing sounds of the surf, and the rolling dunes are what makes this place so special. Our quiet and neighborly association is nestled among towering pines. It is bounded by Silver Lake State Park and Lake Michigan. Out the front door

is a 13-acre preserve which is adjacent to the almost 3,000-acre Silver Lake State Park. There’s an association trail that offers a breathtaking view across the expanse of the park. Out the back door is Lake Michigan in all its splendor. We have walkable beach for 2.5 miles to the north with most on state park land so there are no houses and very few people until you reach the ORV area. To the south you can walk to Little Sable Point Lighthouse, if you don’t mind splashing through Silver Creek as it empties into Lake Michigan or just walking in the lake the whole way. The first floor of our tri-level home has two bedrooms (one with a king and one with two twin beds) and a full bathroom with washer and dryer. The main floor is an open concept living and dining room with a fully equipped galley style kitchen that includes a dishwasher. The attached deck has additional dining space and a gas grill. The top floor is the master suite with king bed, balcony with awesome views of the lake and a full bathroom with whirlpool tub and stall shower. We comfortably accommodate up to six adults, but will consider groups of eight that include younger children. Wi-Fi, cable, DVD/VHS combo, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi speakers, games and puzzles are available for your entertainment. The house has central forced air heating and air conditioning and there are box fans in the lower level bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the master and living room. The detached outer deck on top of the bluff is a fantastic place to watch sunsets and the stargazing is spectacular.

Lake Michigan House is a three bedroom, two bath beachfront home in Mears, Michigan available for 2019 weekly rental season (June - September). Lake Michigan House has all the modern conveniences, but the most important features are natural. Panoramic views of stunning Lake Michigan sunsets, the soothing sounds of the surf, and the rolling dunes are what makes this place so special. Located in a quiet cottage neighborhood, the home is nestled among towering pines and oaks. The property is bounded by Silver Lake State Park and Lake Michigan. Out the front door is a 13-acre preserve which is adjacent to the almost 3,000-acre Silver Lake State Park. There’s an association trail that offers a breathtaking view across the expanse of the park. Out the back door is Lake Michigan in all its splendor. With only 29 steps from the upper bluff down to the lake, there is walkable beach for miles in each direction. To the north you’ll find 2.5 miles of beach along state park land, so there are no houses and very few people until you reach the ORV area. To the south you can walk to Little Sable Point Lighthouse, if you don’t mind splashing through Silver Creek as it empties into Lake Michigan or just walking in the lake the whole way.
