The villa has a total of 14 bedrooms. 9 of the rooms have king beds, 2 have twins, 1 has a full bed, 1 has a queen bed and the last has bunkbeds. La Villita comes with a full staff including cook, houseman and housekeeping. The cook will prepare 2 meals a day (food, beverages and gratuities are extra). Casa La Villita has been furnished and renovated with classic Mexican flavor, without forgetting the conveniences of a modern home. A 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to town!

Please sign the petition below if you care about responsible development in Puerto Vallarta! For all of you who like Casa La Villita or who have come and stayed with us, I urge you to sign this petition for responsible development in Puerto Vallarta. An American developer has come in and ripped down a historic home in the lower Conchas Chinas neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta. Our bylaws state that you can only build 2 homes on one lot, he has built 54 homes, 2 additional stories. Though on all plans there were only 42 units. You can only imagine how this was made possible and what needed to be done to get the permits passed. The building is totally out of place and an additional unpublished 2 stories on this building brings it to the highest in the entire area. The infrastructure in this area can not sustain this kind of building. This developer has plans to put 2 more buildings in the same area. This kind of development is not limited to this area in PV but all over. I ask and urge everyone to sign this petition so that we as the public can have a voice about the future of this beautiful town.
