We're only a 15-minute drive from the University of Denver, 20 minutes from downtown, and 25 from the Airport - right in the middle of things! Your hosts, Jacob and Alex, have lived in Denver for more than 12 years, have hiked more than 40 fourteeners, visited every major ski resort, and enjoyed a lot of street tacos and pho. If you are looking for suggestions on where to hike, who makes the best ramen, or our favorite concert venues or spots to grab a slice of pizza, we are here to help throughout your stay. PET-FRIENDLY PARADISE:
No need to leave your furry friends back home. Guests have shared access to a large fenced-in private backyard with lots of grass and space to run around, along with a fire pit, patio furniture, BBQ grill, and hammock. It's a great quiet spot to relax and unwind have a busy day out and about. We also have extra pet waste bags, dog treats, food/water bowls and leashes available for your convenience during your stay. We have a 3-year-old bernedoodle who lives with us in the garden-level unit of the home. We usually keep her out of the backyard when guests stay with us, but if you are a dog lover and want to meet or play with her, let us know. CHEF'S KITCHEN & FORMAL DINING ROOM:
Our favorite thing about this space is the kitchen. Newly remodelled with stainless steel pots, pans, and appliances, we've decked it out with appliances (food processor, hand mixer, blender, rice cooker, toaster) baking supplies, cooking gadgets, glasswear, silverwear, serving plates and utensils... everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or recipe. You can serve up your masterpiece in our formal dining room, which seats six and comes stocked with formal dishware and glasses, placemats, serving plates, and utensils to host formal dinner parties or meals with family and friends. After dinner, head into the spacious living room to snuggle on the couch under a throw blanket, play a board game or read a book from our bookshelf, or watch your favorite movie or TV show on our 55" HD TV, with Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Prime Video, Peacock, and ParamountPlus all available for free.
