Is there someone who has very close contacts / connections “into” the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire?

His Majesty The Omukama of Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom would like to build up friendships and partnerships with Traditional chieftaincies and his rulers.

Seriously meant, honest and lasting contacts are welcome to write me.
