Joseph, MN Police Officer Brian Klinefelter, age 25, stopped a vehicle believed to be involved in a robbery that had just occurred in a neighboring city. During the traffic stop, Officer Klinefelter was shot several times and died. Officer Klinefelter left behind his beloved wife, Wendy, and two-month old daughter Katelyn. Three years later, Wendy and Officer Klinefelter’s two brothers Jason and Greg opened a law enforcement store in the same community Officer Klinefelter served. (Klinefelter’s Enforcement & Emergency Product, Resource & Supply, Inc.). Their purpose for opening the store was to serve all law enforcement officers that serve our communities and stay connected to those officers who provided so much support after Brian’s death. As customers enter the St. Cloud store, they can view Officer Klinefelter’s duty belt and badge in a showcase displayed to keep his memory alive. Wendy graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice, has numerous years of experience in retail sales, and now is the President of KEEPRS. Both Greg and Jason were reserve officers with the St. Cloud Police Department. Greg has since finished his law enforcement degree and has become a police officer following in his brother Brian’s footsteps. Jason left his previous employer and has become the Director of Sales and Marketing for KEEPRS. Together with our staff of over 20 people, and three Minnesota locations, we deliver great products with exceptional service.
