ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসাঃ
আপনি যদি দক্ষ কর্মী হয়ে থাকেন তবে জার্মানির উদ্যোক্তা বা চাকরিদাতা আপনাকে স্পন্সরের মাধ্যমে স্বপ্নের দেশটিতে নিয়ে যেতে পারেন। এভাবে আপনি মর্যাদাকর ‘জার্মান ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসা’র মাধ্যমে দেশটিতে যেতে পারবেন। জার্মানিতে ব্যবসা পরিচালনা করে এমন কোম্পানিতে কাজ করার সুযোগ পাবেন আপনি।
এই ভিসার আওতায় সেই দেশটিতে থাকা ও কাজ করার অনুমতি পাবেন আপনি। এই ক্ষেত্রে ওই কোম্পানির দেয়া অফার লেটারটা সঙ্গে থাকা ভীষণ জরুরি। জার্মানিতে প্রায়ই দক্ষ অভিবাসী কর্মীর প্রয়োজন হয়৷ তাই জার্মান সরকার এই ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসা চালু করে। জার্মানিতে ভালো বেতনের পাশাপাশি ভালো চাকরি পাওয়া সম্ভব। ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসা পাওয়ার যোগ্যতা নিচে দেয়া হলো।
জার্মানিতে ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসায় যাওয়ার আগে নির্দিষ্ট কাজের ওপর দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের (এনআইডি কার্ড) ফটোকপি থাকতে হবে।
ইংরেজি ভাষায় দক্ষতা যাচাই পরীক্ষা আইএলটিএসে ভালো স্কোর থাকতে হবে।
নির্দিষ্ট কাজের উপরে প্রশিক্ষণ সনদ থাকতে হবে।
বিভাগীয় চেয়ারম্যানের সাক্ষরিত সনদপত্র ও বাবা-মায়ের জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের (এনআইডি কার্ড) ফটোকপি লাগবে।
জার্মানিতে ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসা পেতে এই সব ডকুমেন্ট/ নথিপত্র প্রয়োজন হয়। তাছাড়া, আপনি যদি জার্মানিতে ওয়ার্ক পারমিট বা ওয়ার্ক ভিসা পেতে চান তাহলে আপনাকে ন্যূনতম সেকেন্ডারি স্কুল সার্টিফিকেট (এসএসসি) পাস হতে হবে।
তাছাড়া জার্মান ভাষায় দক্ষতা অর্জনের পর জার্মানিতে যেতে হবে। এই সব যৌগ্যতার সমন্বয়ে আপনি হাতে পেয়ে যেতে পারবেন স্বপ্নের ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসাটি।
চাকরিপ্রার্থী ভিসা (জব সিকার ভিসা)ঃ
চাকরিপ্রার্থী ভিসার (জব সিকার ভিসা) মাধ্যমে দক্ষতাসম্পন্ন ব্যক্তি জার্মানিতে এসে চাকরি/কাজ খোঁজার অনুমতি পেয়ে থাকে। এই বিশেষ ভিসার মেয়াদ ৬ মাস। এই নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে তিনি যদি চাকরি বা কর্মসংস্থান করে ফেলতে পারেন তবে তাহলে জব সিকার ভিসাটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসায় উন্নীত হবে। অন্যদিকে, নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে যদি তিনি কর্মসংস্থান খুঁজে নিতে ব্যর্থ হন তাহলে তাকে নিজ দেশে ফিরে যেতে হবে।
বাংলাদেশ সরকার অনুমোদিত এজেন্সির মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশি নাগরিক দেশটিতে ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসার মাধ্যমে যেতে পারেন।

Student ভিসাঃ
জার্মান সরকার বিদেশি শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকে। কেউ যদি দেশটিতে পড়তে যেতে চান, তাহলে তারা সরাসরি জার্মানির স্টুডেন্ট ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারেন।
Student ভিসায় গিয়ে সেখানে পড়াশোনার পাশাপাশি ভালো অর্থ আয় করা যায়।
Student ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করলে, ভিসা ২৫ থেকে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে পাওয়া যেতে পারে। জার্মানির স্টুডেন্ট ভিসার মেয়াদ মাত্র তিন মাস। এর পর এটি বৈধতা হারাবে।
তবে Student ভিসায়ওই শিক্ষার্থী জার্মানিতে আসার পর যদি আরও বেশি সময় তার শিক্ষা কার্যক্রম সেখানে চালিয়ে যেতে চায় তবে তাকে আলাদাভাবে রেসিডেন্স পারমিটের (বসবাসের অনুমতি) জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে। এর পর সেই নির্ধারিত কোর্সের (শিক্ষা কার্যক্রম) মেয়াদ শেষ হবার পর চাকরি খোঁজার জন্য রেসিডেন্স পারমিটে উল্লেখিত নির্দিষ্ট সময় জার্মানিতে অবস্থান করা যাবে। চাকরি পাওয়ার পর ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে।
Student ভিসা পেতে হলে জার্মানির যে ইউনিভার্সিটিতে আপনি ভর্তি হয়েছেন তাদের দেয়া ‘অ্যাডমিশন লেটার’ হাতে থাকতে হবে। সেই সঙ্গে পড়াশোনা চালানোর মতো যথেষ্ট আর্থিক সামর্থ্যের প্রমাণপত্র থাকতে হবে।
ফ্যামিলি স্পন্সরশিপ ভিসাঃ
আপনি যদি জার্মান বাসিন্দার পরিবারের সদস্য অথবা তার ওপর নির্ভরশীল (স্পাউজ বা সন্তান) হয়ে থাকেন তবে ফ্যামিলি স্পন্সরশিপ ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন। জার্মানিতে বসবাসরত পরিবারের মূল সদস্যের সঙ্গে থাকার আবেদন করতে হলে সন্তানদের বয়স ১৬ বছরের নীচে হতে হবে। তবে এমন নির্ভরশীল সদস্যের বয়স ১৬ এর বেশি হলে তাকে জার্মান ভাষার ওপর দক্ষতা প্রমাণ করতে হবে।

৩.অ-অভিবাসী E-Visa ও ওয়ার্ক পারমিট (Expert Visa): ইহা ০৫ (পাঁচ) বছরের ও নবায়নযোগ্য। যিনি সেখানে কোন দীর্ঘ মেয়াদী উন্নয়ণ প্রকল্পে উদ্যোক্তা কিংবা উচ্চমানের অভিজ্ঞ উপদেষ্টা হিসাবে থাকেন।

Eligibility • You cannot retake Test that you have passed.
• You must be 17 years of age or older on exam date. Indonesian nationals must be at least 18 years old on exam date.
• Those with Japanese nationality are not eligible to take the test.
• Anyone with a residence status can take the exam. Even those residing in Japan with the residence status of "Short-term stay" can take the test (even those with no mid- to long-term residence history can take the test). Those who do not have a status of residence (illegal overstayers, etc.) will not be allowed to take the test.
*However, even if you are able to pass Test, this does not guarantee that you will be granted the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker", and those who pass Test will not be able to apply for Certificate of eligibility or remain in residence. Please note that even if you apply for permission to change your status, it does not necessarily mean that you will be issued Certificate of eligibility or receive permission to change your status of residence.

Eligibility
Even if you are able to pass Test, this does not guarantee that you will be granted the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker", and those who pass Test will not be able to apply for Certificate of eligibility or change their status of residence. Even if an application is submitted, it does not necessarily mean that Certificate of eligibility will be issued or permission to change the status of residence will be granted.
ID creation
It is prohibited for one person to obtain multiple Prometric IDs.
If you have already obtained a Prometric ID but obtain another Prometric ID and take the test, your test results may be invalidated.
Scheduling
• Scheduling, changes, and cancellations are possible from 60 days before the test exam date until 23:59 (Japan time), at the earliest, 3 business days before exam date. If exam date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Japanese holiday, you can apply until 23:59 (Japan time) four business days before the test date.
• Business days are days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese holidays, and New Year's holidays.
• The dates vary depending on the venue. Please note that some venues may not hold exam date.
• Seating is limited. Please complete Scheduling as soon as possible.
• If you are taking the test in Japan, you will need to upload a photo of yourself when making Scheduling. The uploaded photo will be included in Confirmation Letter and will be used to verify your identity On the test day. The uploaded face photo will also be included in the result notification. Please check the face photo regulations in advance and prepare a face photo that meets the regulations.

Change/Cancellation
• No changes or cancellations can be made after Scheduling deadline has passed.
• Scheduling cannot be changed unless there are vacant seats.
• No cancellation fee will be charged if paying by credit card or Voucher.
• For Voucher, after cancellation, you can Scheduling using the same Voucher number. Voucher are non-refundable.
• Regardless of Presence or Absence On the test day Test Fee and Voucher will not be refunded, nor will Voucher be reissued.
• For e-wallets (excluding PayPay), upon cancellation, a refund fee of 11.64% of Test Fee will be deducted and the money will be refunded to your bank account. Refunds cannot be made to e-wallet accounts. Please enter the bank account information for which you wish to receive a refund upon cancellation. Please note that the bank account you entered cannot be changed. No refunds will be given if incorrect information is entered.
On the day of exam date
• Entrance to Test Center will begin 30 minutes before the start of Test.
• Please arrive at Test Center 15 minutes before the start of Test. If you are late, you will not be able to take the test.
• You must present a valid Identification Document on the exam date. If you cannot present it, you will not be able to take the test.
• Even if you are unable to take the test due to being late or Any lack of or mistake in your identification document(s), Test Fee will not be refunded.

জাপান সরকার গৃহীত Specified Skilled Workers (i) in Nursing Care! কর্মসূচীর শুরুতে যোগ্য বিবেচিত প্রার্থীকে জাপানের কর্মস্থলে একাকী ১ (এক) বছরের মেয়াদে যোগদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক বটে। ইহার মেয়াদান্তে ৪/৬ মাস পরপর নবায়ন করে পরিবারের সহিত সর্বমোট পাঁচ বছর অবস্থান করা যায়। যদি প্রার্থী সর্বদিক বিবেচনায় বিগত দিনের কর্ম সম্পাদনে চমৎকারভাবে পেশায় সফল হতে পারে তবে বিদ্যমান আবাসিক মর্যাদা পরিবর্তন করে অন্য যে কোন স্বাস্থ্য/ চিকিৎসা সেবা প্রদানকারী কোম্পানীর চাকুরীতে যোগদিয়ে জাপানে বসবাস করতে পারবে।

জাপান সরকার গৃহীত Specified Skilled Workers (i) in Nursing Care! কর্মসূচীতে ১৮ বছরের বেশী বয়সের যে কেহ আবেদন করতে পারে। তবে, অত্র চিকিৎসা পেশায় যোগ্যতা বিবেচিত হবার জন্যে the Nursing Care Skills Evalution Test এবং জাপানী ভাষা দক্ষতা সংক্রান্ত N 4 ও Nursing Care Japanese Language Evalution Test সমূহে উর্ত্তীর্ণ হবার প্রয়োজন বটে।

বেসিক লেভেল (Basic Level): ইহাতে জাপানী বর্ণমালা হিরাগানা, কাতাকানা ও প্রতীক শব্দ কাঞ্জি সমূহের পরিচিত হওয়া ও বিবিধ শব্দ গঠন চর্চা করা হয়।
LPT Japanese-Language Proficiency Test- চতুর্থ অধ্যায়, ২য় অংশ, পরীক্ষার জন্য অধ্যয়ণ (Studing for the test) : মার্চ, ২০১২ খ্রীঃ প্রশ্ন পত্র উদাহরণ বই ছাপানো হয়েছিল। পরীক্ষায় অংশ গ্রহণের সুবিধার্থে উহাতে বিবিধ প্রশ্নের রকমভেদ, ধরণ, সংখ্যা ও উহাদের মান ইত্যাদি দেখানো হয়েছে। LPT উহার প্রকাশনার বিষয়ে সময়-ক্ষণ ওয়েবসাইটে প্রচার করে থাকে।
JLPT Japanese-Language Proficiency Test- চতুর্থ অধ্যায়, ১ম অংশ, পরীক্ষার জন্য অধ্যয়ণ (Studing for the test) : ইহাতে কোন ভাষান্তর (Conversion) ও রচনা (Composition) করার পাঠ নাই।
JLPT Japanese-Language Proficiency Test- তৃতীয় অধ্যায়, পরীক্ষার দফা, সময় ও প্রশ্ন ইত্যাদি (Test Sections, test time and test questions):
JLPT Japanese-Language Proficiency Test- দ্বিতীয় অধ্যায়, ২য় অংশ, স্তর (Levels): প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের চাহিদানুযায়ী N5 & N4- Basic User, N3 & N2- Independent User এবং N1 - Proficient User এভাবে সম্পপূর্ণ মোট ৩ ভাগ করা যায়। নৈপুণ্য অর্জনে পরীক্ষার্থীকে বিষয়টি বিবেচনা করে পছন্দমত নির্ধারিত ধাপে অংশগ্রহণ করা উচিৎ।
JLPT Japanese-Language Proficiency Test- দ্বিতীয় অধ্যায়, ১ম অংশ, স্তর (Levels): পরীক্ষার্থীরা পাঁচটি নির্ধারিত স্তরের (levels) জন্য যথা- N1, N2, N3, N4, & N5 ইত্যাদি ধাপের যে কোনটিতে নিজকে যেভাবে যেখানে যোগ্য ও নিজে উপযুক্ত মনে করে, সেভাবে সঠিক স্তরের নৈপুণ্য প্রদর্শন পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারে।
JLPT Japanese-Language Proficiency Test- প্রথম অধ্যায় (About the test): JLPT যে কোন প্রবাসীগণের জন্য জাপানে ও বর্হিবিশ্বে সরকারীভাবে পরিচালিত জাপান ভাষা নৈপুণ্যের স্বীকৃত সনদ পরীক্ষা বটে। যে কোন বয়সে সবার জন্য ইহা উন্মুক্ত বটে। ইহাতে আংশিকভাবে পরীক্ষার্থী হবার সুযোগ নাই। প্রতি বছর দুইবার, জাপানে ও বর্হিবিশ্বে জুলাই ও ডিসেম্বরে JLPT পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়ে থাকে। বর্হিবিশ্বে Local Host Institutions সমূহের সহযোগীতায় উহার যথারীতি ও যথানিয়মে পরীক্ষা কার্যক্রম পরিচালিত হয়ে থাকে বটে।

JLPT ফলাফল ও স্কোর সার্টফিকেট প্রবাসীগণের জাপানের শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ভর্তি ও কর্মসংস্থানের জন্য জরুরী বটে। ইহাতে সার্বিকভাবে পাশ ও ফেল ফলাফলের সাথে উহার বিভিন্ন সেকশনে নৈপুণ্যের জন্য প্রাপ্ত স্কোর উল্লেখ করে দেয়া হয়। জাপানে Japan Educational Exchange and Services এবং বর্হিবিশ্বে Japan Fondation কর্তৃক পরিচালিত ও সরকারীভাবে স্বীকৃত বটে।
