Subscriptions will close 30 April.

These bonds will pay six monthly interest at an annual rate of 6 percent. Minimum investment will be AU$5000.

This issue will be for a target total of AU$120,000 only and will be repaid 24 months from subscription date by electronic funds transfer to the investors nominated account.

With the launch of some of our exciting new products and services in train station we are now reviewing the online promotion and development of the firm.
As part of that review we have acquired the entire legitimate regional business of A. J. Witherspoon and Co and also Baxter Financial Group.
These acquisitions mark the start of Apat na Seasons Pilipinas Corp entry into regional financial services.
We anticipate acquisitions of assets exceeding P500, 000,000 over the next five years and the expansion of our international financial products and advice services.
A future focus will be focus of client investment into regional land subdivision and foods production.

With the expansion of properties under management and successful purchase and inclusion of a new offshore accounting services business 2019 is looking like a busy year.
