In my experience, there are few more calming sounds than that of the ocean as you sail out of port to sea. I could use some of that right now.

Cruising takes me to a place of tranquility and peace unlike other types of Travel that I have enjoyed. This is why I look forward to my next cruise experience in January, 2025. For now I just require some time alone to rest and regroup.

Sun Princess Caribbean Cruise, week 2, day 2: Another relaxing day in the Sanctuary Club!

After a windy, rocky night, today was absolutely beautiful! I planned to stay on the ship because I have been to Princess Cays many times and I want to enjoy the SANCTUARY CLUB as much as I can before the end of this cruise!

As I expected, the drinks, food and service today has been top notch. The 100 or so passengers here today appear to be enjoying this beautiful experience as well.

I’m looking forward to hearing some Jazz during sailing in Crooners Lounge before dinner.

Embarkation Day on the marvelous SUN PRINCESS in Ft Lauderdale, Florida yesterday was a fun experience! I enjoyed taking in some of the new updates on the ship and reconnecting with some of the Officers and Crew. I even snagged a selfie with Princess Cruises President John Padgett! I am looking forward to the next 11 days on this beautiful ship!

Happy Tuesday!
It’s a nice day today so I’m taking a break from working on travel to run some errands in preparation for my next cruise on the SUN PRINCESS next week. Feels nice to have less humid weather and sunshine today.

My thoughts are also on my friends and everyone in Florida in the path of Milton. Praying it will not be as bad as predictions are saying. Miracles do happen! Have a great day everyone!

Happy Sunday!
My last cruise of the year is coming up soon! I booked my Shore Excursion today but I apparently waited to late to book any Specialty Dining Venues because no reservation time is available now for any day during my cruise.
Oh well, I will just stick to the new Sanctuary Class dining room for Dinner. I am sure the food there will be amazing! Besides….. I don’t cruise for the food, it’s the entire experience that I enjoy!
I look forward to seeing all the new upgrades being added to the SUN PRINCESS when I board on October 14th!

Dinner at Love By Britto tonight was an amazing experience!

I read reviews that were all over the place so I am so happy I experienced it for myself! The atmosphere was lovely with stunning views of Genoa, Italy at night! The service was fantastic from beginning to end and the FOOD! OMG! Everything I had was delicious! Just a wonderful time!
Once again, I am going to hate to leave this ship on Saturday. Ilovethisboat
