Dear Runaways,
When we set out to create Runaway Tours our intention was to bring together a community of passionate fans and connect them with their favorite artist to create life long memories. Over the past 12 years and numerous events that have spanned the globe we have been able to do just that and more. We strive to always under promise and over deliver. That was the plan for Miami as well. Certainly we were thrilled to see everyone come together with friends. The costumes were amazing and the Adams Family photo op was epic. But that wasn’t the only reason you decided to join us. We know the concert meant a lot to you all.

In an abundance of caution and for the safety of everyone involved we took the necessary steps in testing for Covid-19. Prior to the performance we tested again and discovered that Jon had tested positive for Covid-19. We are all shocked, but we knew the right thing to do was to cancel the performance.

Because we were not able to deliver as promised and because of the continued support and friendship you all show to us, we have decided that we are going to refund everyone their full purchase price of the package you purchased through Runaway Tours. This process may take up to two weeks to reflect on your account. We look forward to future trips and hope you will join us again somewhere down the road.
