So we dropped by St Clair today for a quick bite. The kids UFO burger is completely safe and delicious. Top that with some salad and ice cream for a full meal. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable 🙏

Allergy and Anaphylaxis awareness in Egypt… finally (sigh)

الحساسية المفرطة هي رد فعل نادر؛ إذ تسبب خللاً وظيفيًا واسع النطاق في أجهزة الجسم. ​

تتضمن علامات الحساسية المفرطة وأعراضها ما يلي:​
ضيق في الممرات الهوائية، والحلق؛ مما يسبب صعوبة في التنفس​.
الغثيان أو تقلصات البطن.
القيء أو الإسهال. ​
الدوخة أو الدوار​.
ضعف وسرعة النبض.​
انخفاض ضغط الدم.​
تشنجات​.
فقدان الوعي.​

رغم أن أي دواء يمكن أن يسبب رد فعل تحسسي؛ إلا أن بعض الأدوية ترتبط بشكل أكثر شيوعًا بالحساسية. ​

تنصح بضرورة إخبار جميع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية بأي نوع حساسية تعاني منها قبل البدء في أي علاج وخاصة الأدوية المسببة للحساسية المفرطة، وتجنب تبادل الأدوية مع الآخرين؛ لاختلاف رد فعل الجسم من شخص لآخر.​
