I am an ACE certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people get fit, healthy and able. I am a former pageant competitor and swimsuit competition winner. I love what I do and want to help you learn to love fitness too. I take pride in not only training my clients

Easiest meal prep ever! Steak. Salt. Fridge. A Sunday well spent brings a week of content, nourishment, health, energy, strength, leanness, sleep, time, money...all the good things you could want out of life.

I'll pull these out and air fry 400° for 12 mins and have with bacon & eggs. Easy peasy, quick & delicious.

Who says you can't eat brisket and ribs for breakfast ?

I put a beef brisket and rack of ribs in the crockpot at the same time (added absolutely nothing). Cooked on low overnight for about 12 hours. After working out and training a few clients this morning, I removed from the crockpot and air fried for 10 mins to get a nice crust. The brisket shredded and the ribs fell off the bone. Side note: I love clearance meat.

Super yum. Super easy. Minimum effort. Maximum nutrition.

On Saturdays I like to take a cycle class at the gym. The instructor had protein bars (glorified trash candy bars) for everyone and announced that tomorrow they'll have muffins & mimosas for Mom to celebrate Mother's Day. We can't even go to the gym and workout without having junk pushed on us. Absolutely asinine! Absurd. Infuriating and sad. Stay strong out there- it is everywhere! There is never ever an appropriate excuse for you to defame your body and health.

I've had the same workout routine for years. It gets done DAILY and is nonnegotiable. I repeat and rotate a lot of basic exercises because the basics are what produce results. I always lift as heavy as possible, 3 sets, 12 reps.

Simply put in crock pot, with absolutely nothing, and cook on low for 8+ hours. Salt to eat. That's it! Simple, nutritious and delicious. I will use the rendered grease and broth in scrambled eggs this week.

My client Josh was born with cerebral palsy which affects his muscle coordination and movement. At 40 years old, he has made a complete lifestyle change via a low carb diet, 10k+ steps a day and strength training with me. Josh has lost 30lbs, gained strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. Comparison of nutrition and cost ratio of my breakfast vs. a standard American's breakfast of equal calories. Stop believing the false rhetoric that eating healthy is more expensive. It's simply not true!

You need 1g of protein per pound of (ideal) body weight per day, and as you can see the breakfast biscuit provides a negligible amount in comparison. It does however contain a whopping 126g of carbs and 42g of sugar - which are completely unnecessary to the human body.

My breakfast will keep me full, satiated and nourished until mid afternoon. The breakfast biscuit starts your day sugar laden, and you'll be hungry soon because your body needs and craves appropriate nourishment that you're depriving it of, while senselessly racking up the calories, sugar and carbs- This way of eating is how people overeat, overspend and become unwell on many different levels.

I got my start in the fitness industry by competing in pageants the entirety of my college career. A memory popped up from 12 years ago of me on stage at the Miss Cobb County Pageant 🤩 I thought it would be funny to see if the swimsuit still fit and compare today's 32-year-old, boring, workaholic, carnivore, fitness fanatic Carly to the former 20-year-old, beauty queen, cardio doing, eating anything and everything Carly- We women are so bad about comparing ourselves to not only others, but the younger version of ourselves...

Well, It's not funny but it's definitely something! This is 12 years of DAILY dedication to fitness and +10lbs of muscle. Throughout these 12 years I have fluctuated with +20lbs of fat here and there. 3 years ago I 100% gave up sugar and adopted a ketogenic lifestyle and leaned down a lot. The beginning of this year I adopted more of a carnivore lifestyle and leaned down even more.

What does it take to look like this? I strength train, lifting heavy, five days a week. I do cardio four days a week. I average 15,000 steps a day. I track and weigh everything I consume. I mainly consume meat, eggs, limited low carb veggies and some dairy- getting a minimum of 130g of protein every single day. Never drank alcohol, never will. I have my own business and my work day starts anywhere from 5 a.m. and ends as late as 8:30 p.m. THIS is my life. I say all of this so that people realize what living submerged in the health/fitness industry consists of. Most people cannot/ will not/ are not going to live like this! Some of you have children, families, a fabulous social life- and these things bring you great joy and fulfillment. That's great! Some of us do not have those things and we find joy and fulfillment in this lifestyle - which is unimaginable to most.

Usually people hire a personal trainer for the simple fact that they are unhappy with how they look. I encourage a healthy, active lifestyle for anyone and everyone, but when it comes to aesthetics- have your desires and expectations match your willingness and THIS is where you will find peace and happiness with your body. ♥️

After 2 years of working together, my client FINALLY listened to my advice on diet and she's lost 40lbs in 4 months. She's satiated, has more energy than ever, clear skin, sleep apnea gone... the benefits she has experienced are endless. Over the years he has tried every weightloss scheme out there and my diet plan has been the only efficient thing that worked. She was convinced she had a "slow metabolism" (btw there is no such thing) and has now learned that she is in charge of controlling her metabolism.

There is so much misinformation out there but truths I would share with anyone is: Processed foods are crap. We don't need carbs. Red meat, eggs, salt, animal proteins & fat are superior and of utmost necessity. 99% of your problems & health issues can be self solved with diet alone. You don't have to workout at all to lose weight. You must be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Ample protein is key for any bodily goals and diet adherence. 99% of the time, you have absolutely nothing wrong with you- you're just eating an inappropriate diet and most likely have your head in the sand. Eating appropriately is extremely simple, time and money saving. Eating an appropriate human diet works for all humans.
