It all started over 100 years ago, when Frank C. Mars established our roots as a confectionery company as he made the first Mars candies in his kitchen in Tacoma, Washington. Today, we’ve diversified into new categories and are made up of four distinct and different businesses - Mars Petcare, Mars Wrigley Confectionery, Mars Food and Mars Edge. We touch nearly every corner of the globe with our world-famous brands, from PEDIGREE® to SNICKERS® to UNCLE BEN’s®, with exciting opportunities for our Associates, spanning geographies, functions and levels.

Our family of Associates is more than 115,000-strong, and always growing, in over 80 countries around the world.
