Mechanics log...

Per orders of the Captian, I have spent the last 2 days jettisoning damn near everything that wasn't bolted down to our beloved ship. Why you ask? (I know I did) "To make room for all the booze" she says. Rumor is we're co hosting a party next week at the symposium thingy. Would makes sense as we've been tailing a luxury cruiser that's known to be stocked to the gunnels with liquid gold. Sure they won't mind us "borrowing" some/all.

And so, we return back to our home port in Michigan after a weekend rife with much debauchery and shenanigans. Thank you Steampunk Empire Symposium for hosting the airship games once again this year and tolerating the Dastardly Alliance long enough to let us win! It would not have been possible without our better half, the H.M.R.A.S. Valkyrie, and all of our competing comrades of Airship Passepartout encouraging our bad behavior. Tonight we drink in your honor, Cincinnati! CHEERS!

Ahoy, pirate brethren! Today the Spades ship out for Teslacon, and we plan to bring the ruckus. If you're looking for debauchery and general good old-fashioned tomfoolery, come knockin'! You'll likely see us skulking about the ship!

Watch out for the ever-vigilant fun police, The Imperial Anti-Piracy Squadron, as they'll be present and ensuring all public recreation is kept to a dull roar--Additionally, we've heard that the captain of the Royal Air Frigate (H.M.S.) Defiance: Airship & Crew will be joining in the policing efforts this weekend. So keep a sharp eye out! However, if you happen to stumble upon the members of the H.M.R.A.S. Valkyrie, just tell them the Spades sent you. Wink.

Hey everybody! We here on the Ace of Spades want to thank you all for being so incredibly amazing this year at Teslacon. We could not have asked for nicer, more friendly people to meet and have a blast with. And of course, we'd like to thank Eric (or Lord Bobbins as many know him) for his hard work and extreme dedication in ensuring that everyone had a good time, no detail or thought overlooked. We look forward to next year, but until then: continue to leave your airships unlocked.

This assures us of 600 steampunkers worth of poorly guarded valuables and double-parked airships. Rest assured we're going to be busy.

SO. Today we had a learning experience aboard the AoS. We learned that Amelia should never go near the publishing office aboard the ship. Ever. If you'd like your own copy of the ~Character Resume~, you'll have to attend our Character Dev panel at Teslacon. Sorry about that!

While performing some emergency repairs over Prussian airspace, we found this little guy clinging to one of the rear fans. Needless to say his little shell makes a nifty coffee cup for the captain, while the tracer components melted down into grapeshot rather nicely. Thanks to The Imperial Anti-Piracy Squadron!

We will be docking at Cyphan 2 shortly, for a weekend of debauchery! Finally, a festival free of the imperial anti-fun squadron and three days of rubbing elbows with our fellow corsairs for a running soiree of all things pirate! We received a tip that the The Imperial Anti-Piracy Squadron would not be attending, which is spectacular as this means our plans should go off without a hitch! PIRATE BRETHREN, ROLL CALL.

What started as a "7 months in the making" suite party that had its plug pulled WAAAYYYYY to early morphed into a "seat of your pants" poolside party that if we had planned it this way, couldn't have turned out better.
