NSB LIVING

Welcome to New Smyrna's Central Beach! This space is located 400 feet from the ocean, and within walking distance to lively Flagler Avenue; including Flagler Tavern, The Garlic, Norwoods, Traders, just to name a few. The boutiques & nightlife are also on Flagler Avenue. This extra large, private room, has a queen bed, sectional sofa and boasts an amazing master bathroom with a two person walk in shower and claw-foot tub. The balcony has a bistro set to enjoy evening cocktails or coffee.

Located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful home, the space is yours alone with a couple views of the Ocean. Coffee maker and water are provided, and the kitchen downstairs is in a common shared space. There is elevator access from the ground level. There is ample parking in the front, and a fenced in back yard. You may occasionally be greeted by Ruckus or Xena, our 2 friendly dogs that live on the downstairs level. Paddle boarding or kayaking are less than 2 miles away. Beach cruiser rentals, golf carts, and other motorized toys right by the beach.
