Racks Deer Recovery.

“Highly recommend Cody and his dog Dixie. He agreed to take a 15 hour track on a deer that I had though was gut shot. She got started at the shot site and took the track 100 yds but went cold. We tried it again and the same outcome. Things weren't looking good until we curled out a couple hundred yards and Dixie picked up the bucks track along the edge of the CRP field. She took the track another 900 yds, crossing a small creek, up a hill and 75 yds through 5' tall switchgrass field until she found the buck alive. All with zero blood. The buck took off so we backed out. 2 days later I got a picture of the deer alive .70 miles from where we last jumped him. Highly recommend Cody and Dixie, very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to tracking.”

“Thanks to Cody Smith and his dog, we were able to recover my Daughters first buck and she couldn't be happier. I spent 6 hours tracking through CRP and brush before losing blood. Cody showed up and within 30 minutes we were on the deer. There was little to no blood the entire track, but Cody said "trust the dog" and he wasn't lying. Highly recommended to anyone in need of help in NE lowa.”
