When the two key ingredients of bun bo Hue is corn beef and pork cooked in a pot that has blended two contradictory characteristics, by "the famous beef, pork, it sank," as well as " atrophy beef, pork hatch ". And yet, lemongrass and shrimp, two things make up the flavor and taste to this dish is full of contradictions, because the oil light and fragrant lemongrass capital, the procession smelly.

The difficulty is Hue beef noodle cooking lemongrass and shrimp have enough, lack of shrimp broth bland, lacking will not fragrant lemongrass; both are much heavy smell, acrid, not radiating floral; sufficient amount, the scent of lemongrass shrimp smell will fly away.
