Attention Attention: Capiztahan 2013 is coming this April 12-15. All you people living abroad should try to schedule your trips home during this massive schedule of events. It's my opinion this will be the best festival ever with the intent to put Capiz on the map for tourist to come over, visit, enjoy, tell their friends when they get back home and make plans to comeback next year.
