Whether its your first visit or your fifty-first, there's always something new and exciting! My husband and I live in the backyard of the Magic Kingdom where we set our clocks by the nightly pulses of the Happily Ever After fireworks! We both grew up alongside the parks of Walt Disney World, where many of our childhood memories were anchored by annual family trips to the Happiest Place on Earth.

From magical holidays spent at Fort Wilderness to touring the decor of the various resorts, my family has made many happy memories throughout the Walt Disney World properties. My husband Stephen first experienced the inner workings of the Walt Disney Company in his two semesters with the Disney College Program and discovered a love of creating the magic for guests. After years of traveling from out of state to Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line, we decided he should once again work for the Mouse. We love living in Central Florida, where we regularly visit all of the Disney Parks as well as the other incredible theme parks in our area. We enjoy easy access to Port Canaveral and have experienced most of the iteneraries offered by Disney Cruise Line. Over the years, we have enjoyed helping family and friends plan their own trips to the parks and the Cruise Line, advising both first timers and experienced “Disney-philes.” Joan is now excited to formally book trips for you that can be completely customized to create the most magical trip for each member of your family.
