Throwback to this magical moment during a Disney race where I got to channel my inner mermaid 🧜‍♀️ and race through the parks at night! There’s nothing quite like running through Disney World, with the music, the characters, and the energy of the other runners—it’s pure joy and motivation!

As I continue to train for the Wine & Dine Half Marathon and 10K this November, I’m reminded of how these races are more than just about fitness. They’re about experiencing Disney in a completely unique way. Every mile is filled with excitement, and every step brings you closer to the finish line and the incredible sense of accomplishment waiting there.

Training has been challenging but so rewarding. Whether it's long runs, cross-training, or just lacing up and hitting the pavement, each run brings me closer to race day. I'm keeping that finish line (and all the fun that comes with it) in mind to stay motivated. Plus, the thought of running alongside fellow Disney fans, dressed in our favorite characters, keeps the magic alive!

November will be here before we know it, and I can’t wait to be back in the parks, running through the lands I love, and celebrating with everyone at the Wine & Dine After Party! Until then, it’s all about putting in the work and enjoying every moment of this journey.

🍦Happy National Ice Cream Day! We've had some sweet moments at Walt Disney World recently, and what better day to share them than today?❄️

Kj and London loved their classic waffle cones—simple, delicious, and perfect for any Disney day.

Another favorite is the Churro Ice Cream Sundae, with crispy churro loops and creamy vanilla ice cream. The mix of textures and flavors was unforgettable!

We also enjoy the iconic I Lava You Float at Magic Kingdom. The tangy pineapple soft serve with sweet, fizzy Fanta is always a refreshing treat.

🌟Warm Chocolate Pudding Cake with Irish Cream Liqueur Custard. 🌟 I had seen reviews and post about this cake but had yet to try it. After a long day of parks and concert series, I was ready for something quick and easy on my way out of Epcot. It was very good! The icing was not super sweet and it paired very well with the chocolate cake. I could eat the cake itself over and over again, especially since it was warm!
