On July 14, 2024, seventy men came together to connect, learn, and grow.

It was a powerful event that profoundly moved everyone in the room. Many new friendships were created, and new insights were formed as we redefined the paradigm of money, s*x, and power.

It was a huge success that left everyone wanting more, asking when the next event would be.

The Healing Process

My friend Ben

This guy was tall, handsome, ripped and the ladies (and guys) loved him!

He was literally the life of the party and lit up every room he walked into.

No one would ever think that Ben would kill himself, especially me.

Every time I’d see Ben he’s give me a huge hug and an even bigger smile. His energy was infectious. This is the crazy thing about depression, you never know who’s suffering.

Just like Ben, there are many men out there who are also dealing with depression and mental health issues, and they feel isolated like they don’t have anyone to speak to. This is why this event is so important to me.

Bringing men together in community to connect, learn, and grow together is how we heal and level up in life.

It’s events like this that show men that you are not alone and you don’t have to suffer in isolation.

I want to see more events and initiatives to support men which is why I am donating the proceeds from this event to support the United Way and their programs for Mens mental health.

It’s finally happening!

More men are starting to do the inner work, and this is what the world needs most right now.

I say this because when us men can heal the wounds from our childhood, we can move past the ego and start making choices from the heart and not the head.

I’m very proud to play a role in the shift amongst men and can honestly say it’s the most rewarding work I’ve ever done.

I’ve been blessed to learn and be mentored by some incredible leaders in the personal development and coaching space, and one of them is Gerard Adams.

Gerard is someone I’ve looked up to and learned from over the past 3 years, and we recently spent some time together in Medellin, Colombia.

It was so much fun to show him around his native country and share some deep conversations about our shared mission to help men rise up.

I don’t usually do this, but this is too good to wait

Typically I’d share my clients results after they’ve finished my program

I’m not sure which direction to go… I’m so confused! 😵‍💫

I hear this quite often from so many people

Making a decision with clarity and confidence doesn’t have to be complicated

When you’re clear on your core values and know what is truly aligned for you, it becomes much easier to say no to things that will distract you from what’s most important to you

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and unsure what your next steps in life are, I suggest that you get clear on your 5 core values and use them to guide you through your choices

If something is misaligned and conflicts with your core values, its a HELL NO 🙅🏽‍♂️

And when an opportunity resonates because it supports what you stand for, and the life you want to create, that’s a F@CK YES! 🙌🏾

Life becomes so much easier when you operate from a place of clarity and confidence

It’s no surprise that we’re living in unpredictable times

A recession? Another pandemic?

Who knows what’s going to happen next

What I do know is, the people who will endure and thrive regardless of a crisis are those who have a rock solid mindset, healthy habits, and an optimistic vision of a better future 💫

I believe in the practice to “hope for the best, plan for the worst”

And this means being proactive and making sure that regardless what’s next, you’ll be ready, not just for yourself, but also to be an inspiration and source of security for those in your life

We have two lives, and the second begins when we realize we only have one - Confucius

I’ll never forget the day I decided that I didn’t want to live my lifestyle anymore

I knew there was something else out there for me, but wasn’t sure what it was

I felt lost, confused, and frustrated

Eventually I was able to look within to peel back the layers, and go beyond my false self

This is when my life became much more interesting

At some point in time many of us come to the realization that we’re not living our own life

We’re living the projection of what we’re told we should be doing, and who think we should be

Then one day there’s a moment where you start to question if this is really the life you want to live

This is the beginning of your one life

Returning to my most authentic self has been the most liberating and rewarding journey I’ve experienced

It is the only way to live if you want to enjoy true happiness, and freedom

If you don’t know where to start, look within where you feel pain and sadness

Have the courage to go to those places and do the work necessary to let them go

With each layer you work through, you get closer to becoming what you truly are, love and light 💫
