I challenge myself to do hard things because I need to test myself

I need to know what I’m capable of by pushing my boundaries

This is when I feel most alive

I chose to compete in triathlons because I knew it would be challenging and I would have to confront my fears

There were moments when I seriously questioned if I had what it took to finish the swim

And it’s in those moments where you find the gold when you choose to keep going even when you’re afraid

For me, it was overcoming my fear of water. For you, it may be starting your own company, or asking your partner to marry you

We all have our obstacles and blockages that are holding us back from experiencing greatness

And we all have the choice to lean into what’s uncomfortable and scary to discover what’s possible on the other side

This experience taught me many things about myself and what I’m capable of

I hope what I’ve shared inspires you to take on a challenge that will inspire you in the same way

Together we created something very special!

On July 14, 2024, seventy men came together to connect, learn, and grow.

It was a powerful event that profoundly moved everyone in the room. Many new friendships were created, and new insights were formed as we redefined the paradigm of money, s*x, and power.

It was a huge success that left everyone wanting more, asking when the next event would be.

My friend Ben

This guy was tall, handsome, ripped and the ladies (and guys) loved him!

He was literally the life of the party and lit up every room he walked into.

No one would ever think that Ben would kill himself, especially me.

Every time I’d see Ben he’s give me a huge hug and an even bigger smile. His energy was infectious. This is the crazy thing about depression, you never know who’s suffering.

Just like Ben, there are many men out there who are also dealing with depression and mental health issues, and they feel isolated like they don’t have anyone to speak to. This is why this event is so important to me.

Bringing men together in community to connect, learn, and grow together is how we heal and level up in life.

It’s events like this that show men that you are not alone and you don’t have to suffer in isolation.

I want to see more events and initiatives to support men which is why I am donating the proceeds from this event to support the United Way and their programs for Mens mental health.

It’s finally happening!

More men are starting to do the inner work, and this is what the world needs most right now.

I say this because when us men can heal the wounds from our childhood, we can move past the ego and start making choices from the heart and not the head.

I’m very proud to play a role in the shift amongst men and can honestly say it’s the most rewarding work I’ve ever done.

I’ve been blessed to learn and be mentored by some incredible leaders in the personal development and coaching space, and one of them is Gerard Adams.

Gerard is someone I’ve looked up to and learned from over the past 3 years, and we recently spent some time together in Medellin, Colombia.

It was so much fun to show him around his native country and share some deep conversations about our shared mission to help men rise up.
