Unfortunately due to Milton, none of the C&S Management offices have power. We now plan to be open on Monday, October 14th. Our cloud based email and phone service has worked throughout the storm and is available.

As Milton leaves there is much damage left behind. C&S Management offices have extensive exterior damage but the interiors are in good shape. A few ceiling leaks and many ceiling panels down but things could have been much worse. There is no power in any of our offices and several fallen trees are blocking road access.

As soon as the power is restored and the trees are moved we will reopen.

All C&S Management Offices will be closed Wednesday and possibly additional days depending on the damage resulting from Hurricane Milton. Our email which is all cloud based should continue to work without interruption.

The C&S Sarasota Office is moving June 20th, 2024. The office will be closed on the 19th but will be open the next day at the new larger location. The address is 5589 Marquesas Circle, Suite 202, Sarasota, FL 34233. Phones, email, website, all remain the same. We look forward to seeing you sometime in the future at our new location.

Due to the current track as of 5:00pm today, it appears Manatee, Sarasota, Venice and St. Pete, our coverage area, will feel significant effects from Hurricane IAN. All C&S offices will be closed on Wednesday to have managers and staff set up remotely to better address the needs of our client communities. The offices will reopen on Friday or as soon thereafter as conditions allow.
