Store Development LLC are the exclusive builders for ‘The Spice & Tea Exchange’ franchise and corporate stores. We handle everything from planning and design, to scheduling and receiving your pallets of product. A typical build-out generally takes 2 to 3 weeks
and includes everything you need to open your store. We will take the empty retail space and transform it into an 18th century trading post

theme work of art. It all starts with paint and wall coverings to western red cedar columns and shelving, checkout and blending counters, finishing of the floors and ceilings, revamped lighting, impressive and unique period specific displays and one of a kind antiques through out the space. Then includes the product storage area, walls, floors, ceilings and wire shelving all tailored to your local or state health codes. Complete and open.
Really cool town and a unique challenge here is the space itself, this store is in an old bank, and not just any old bank, but the historic first bank of the Arizona territory where we had to preserve some of the historic features including the teller lines and the vault. (which Jim and Tammy plan to turn into a mini historical museum of the famous landmark).
