Off we go again, Milan, Lake Como, & a day in Switzerland. Set against the snow-capped peaks of the Alps and steep mountain cliffs, the lakes of northern Italy were created at the end of the last Ice Age and their crystal waters, quaint towns and breath-taking vistas have long since captured our imaginations.

Characterized by regal villas, gracious sailboats and narrow winding roads following the contours of the water, there are several lakes within this Alpine region, each with their own distinct personality and attractions.

Of the five lakes which compose the Italian Lake region, Lake Como is by far the most popular- known for its picturesque views, romantic charm, and noted celebrity residents. . Lake Maggiore is the largest of the lakes and is noted for the abundance of palm trees that dot its shoreline. We will also enjoy a short boat ride across Lake Lugano that takes us into Switzerland.

Not far at all from lake country we find an abundance of great places to visit … We will spend two days in Milan, Italy’s 2nd largest city and global fashion & design capital … Included are day trips to the hill town of Bergamo and to the past Winter Olympic host city of Turin. We will be sure to fit in some wine tastings at the many vineyards that populate the Italian countryside.

It's the luck of the Irish! 2 spots were filled and 2 more opened up!

Our journey begins with two full days & nights in Dublin, Ireland’s largest city and capital. We will be sure to take in the city’s famous sites but we will also save time for soaking up plenty of Guinness, whiskey, and other gems of Irish culture including a private walking food tour.

We then head to our luxury villa in Killarney (pictured in this post) where we spend the next 8 days exploring the Village of Killarney, the Cliffs of Moher (the most iconic Irish scenery), the Village of Cork (where, if you choose to, you can kiss the Blarney Stone), Limerick, Shannon, and Killarney National Forest.
Just $4,450.00 per person, double occupancy. So join Ed, Joe, and all the rest of us on another amazing trip.
