Join our fast-paced, sustainable housekeeping team as our Office Manager. Oversee all the daily operations of our office, including scheduling, client correspondence, time clock and payroll and supply inventory. Help to manage our housekeeping staff’s day-to-day operations — field questions, make quick scheduling decisions and handle client questions and concerns. Receive office visitors, attend weekly conference calls and schedule weekly meetings. Manage the upkeep of all office and laundry facility equipment. Spanish bilingual a must.
