Weekend was all about pumpkins, fun, and family time, but it’s back to business now!

I’m incredibly grateful to have the flexibility that comes with running my own travel agency and equine dentistry practice. Being able to create time for precious moments like Saturday's pumpkin picking while also catching up on work today is something I cherish.

Both businesses can be full-on, but the ability to adjust my schedule means I never have to miss out on making memories with the people I love the most.

Today has been dedicated to seeing and treating equines, catching up with clients, sending out holiday quotes, and prepping for a busy end of week!

Balancing it all is never easy, but it's all worth it to provide my family with a life full of experiences.

Happy Tuesday, everyone! 🍂

We spent the weekend pumpkin picking with some lovely friends, and it was the perfect way to kick off the autumn season! The girls had a blast choosing their pumpkins (they may have tried to pick the biggest ones there!), and it was even more special sharing the day with our friends. There's something special heartwarming about doing simple, wholesome activities together as a family and with the people we love.

It's moment like these that remind me why I love having a flexible business, allowing me to spend quality time with my little ones and creating these lasting memories with friends by our side.

Seven years ago today, we picked up the keys to our house! 🏡

Wow, how time flies! We’ve come such a long way since that day, and our home has become more than just a house—it’s a place full of memories, growth, and moments we cherish.

In many ways, our journey with the house reminds me of our journey with travel. 🌍✈️ Just like our home has evolved over time, so has our love for travel. Whether it's exploring new destinations, creating memories with the girls, or helping others plan their perfect trips, we’ve built something special.

When we first got those keys, we had no idea what was ahead of us, just like when we started our travel business. But now, looking back, it’s all about the journey, the people we’ve met, and the places we’ve been.

This weekend was just incredible!

Earlier this year, I attended a similar event and set myself a goal—to achieve my bronze within the year. And 9 months later, I DID JUST THAT! 💪

Standing up in front of a sold-out room of 1,000 people to collect my bronze pin was a surreal moment. It wasn’t just about the pin itself; it was a recognition of building a team of like-minded people who want to change their lives—just like I did.

What started as a way for us to travel more as a family has turned into something that’s completely transformed our lives. And the best part? Seeing the impact it's having on others around me. Honestly, I wish I'd known about this sooner!

People join this journey for so many different reasons—whether it’s for a new career, time freedom, financial independence, an extra income, or simply to explore and experience the world more. This business has the potential to give you all of that and more.

I know this may sound like a big claim, but something clicked yesterday, and I realised just how powerful this opportunity is. And I am SO proud of myself for saying YES to it.

The 10-Year Rule

During a recent work trip to the Isle of Wight, I had the pleasure of booking a night at the Lakeside Park Hotel and Spa using my travel system.

The experience was nothing short of wonderful! My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, complete with a luxurious ensuite that made unwinding after a long day effortless.

The hotel's attention to detail and thoughtful amenities added a touch of luxury to the stay. In the morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast overlooking the lake.

Would throughly recommend a stay here whether it's for work or for a luxury treat. I didn't get a chance to test out the spa, but it is definitely on the list for the next visit

Eight years ago today, on the breathtaking Monte Baldo mountain in Lake Garda, Italy, we got engaged!

Lake Garda is in northern Italy, with an immense blue lake with towering peaks rising above, charming villages set along the shore, and lovely stretches of beach. It was obviously a holiday to remember for so many reasons. And we can not wait to take our girls back there at some point to show them. This place will always have a place in my heart. 💖

Our last night on holiday was a special one spent at one of our favourite spots in this area: Sams on the Beach. Converted from a lifeboat station, this charming restaurant boasts stunning views across the sea.

The food was absolutely divine, with a fantastic selection of fresh seafood and hand-spun pizzas. Not to mention, they catered wonderfully for the little ones, and the girls absolutely loved their choices. And of course, we couldn't resist indulging in some delicious desserts! 🍨

It was the perfect end to a fabulous holiday filled with unforgettable moments.

Small changes, big impact!

At the start of this year, I set some ambitious goals for myself. To turn those dreams into reality, I needed to start with small changes. It's amazing how those tiny adjustments can add up over time and lead to significant results.

Yesterday, I took another step forward, making a change that felt like a huge leap for me, and I couldn't be prouder. While building a successful business doesn't happen overnight, I'm committed to the journey, knowing that every small change brings me closer to my goals. Last night, we indulged in a wonderful dining experience at The Dining Room in Rock, Cornwall. This family-run gem offers fine dining in the serene coastal setting of Rock. From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed and relaxed.

With a table reserved for the evening, we savoured each moment without feeling rushed, allowing us to truly savour every bite of our meal. The food was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with incredible flavours.
