Weekly Round-Up

What a week it’s been! Here’s a quick look back at everything we’ve accomplished:

✔️ Sent out lots of exciting holiday quotes for clients ready to make 2025 unforgettable.

✔️ Welcomed a new agent to the business and helped them get started on their journey!

✔️ Had some amazing 1-2-1s and inspiring conversations with people interested in creating their own second income.

✔️ Juggled all the school prep and activities for the girls (mum life never stops!).

✔️ Milo had his physio appointment—working on building that muscle back

✔️ First full week back to work doing teeth, and it feels great to be back in the flow.

I’m feeling accomplished and excited for the year ahead. Learning to manage my time better is making me more productive and helping me show up for my family, my clients, and myself.

With this freezing weather, I can’t help but daydream about escaping to somewhere a little warmer!

Our next trip is just around the corner, and it’ll be the longest flight the girls have ever done. While we’re so excited for this new adventure, I’ll be honest—I’m a little nervous, too. Travelling with kids is always a balance of preparation and spontaneity, but I know the memories we’ll make will be worth every moment.

Destinations This Year 🌎

Travelling isn’t just about the places we go—it’s about the memories we make along the way.

This year, we’re kicking things off with incredible trips to Abu Dhabi and Doha, which we’re so excited about! Later in the year, we’ve got Lapland hopefully on our bucket list (fingers crossed 🤞). And who knows what other adventures we might fit in between!

As 2024 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on all the adventures we’ve had this year. At the start of the year, I set a little challenge for us to focus solely on UK breaks—and what an incredible experience it’s been! Exploring more of the beauty around us has been so rewarding, from stunning coastlines to charming countryside retreats.

But, as much as I’ve loved these UK getaways, I can’t help but feel excited to get back on a plane and explore new horizons in 2025! That said, the UK will always hold a special place in my heart, and I’ll definitely be planning some little breaks close to home, too.

The Twins’ First Pantomime Adventure

This afternoon, we took Lily and Phoebe to their very first pantomime (courtesy of Grandma and Grandpa), and what an experience it was! Did you know the roots of pantomime can be traced all the way back to ancient Greece and Italy? It’s amazing how traditions like this have travelled through time and cultures—a little history there for you!

The girls had mixed reactions—Phoebe was fully immersed, laughing and shouting along with the audience, while Lily found it a bit overwhelming with all the lights and sounds. But she still enjoyed it in her own way, and I couldn’t be prouder of how she coped.

The performance was fantastic, with the cast keeping everyone on their toes with audience interaction. Safe to say, this might become an annual family tradition!

Our visit to Marwell’s Glow Event was absolutely amazing. We loved every moment—from the interactive displays to festive face painting, and of course, the delicious food and drinks. A perfect start to the Christmas season!

Weekend was all about pumpkins, fun, and family time, but it’s back to business now!

I’m incredibly grateful to have the flexibility that comes with running my own travel agency and equine dentistry practice. Being able to create time for precious moments like Saturday's pumpkin picking while also catching up on work today is something I cherish.

Both businesses can be full-on, but the ability to adjust my schedule means I never have to miss out on making memories with the people I love the most.

Today has been dedicated to seeing and treating equines, catching up with clients, sending out holiday quotes, and prepping for a busy end of week!

Balancing it all is never easy, but it's all worth it to provide my family with a life full of experiences.

Happy Tuesday, everyone! 🍂

We spent the weekend pumpkin picking with some lovely friends, and it was the perfect way to kick off the autumn season! The girls had a blast choosing their pumpkins (they may have tried to pick the biggest ones there!), and it was even more special sharing the day with our friends. There's something special heartwarming about doing simple, wholesome activities together as a family and with the people we love.

It's moment like these that remind me why I love having a flexible business, allowing me to spend quality time with my little ones and creating these lasting memories with friends by our side.

Seven years ago today, we picked up the keys to our house! 🏡

Wow, how time flies! We’ve come such a long way since that day, and our home has become more than just a house—it’s a place full of memories, growth, and moments we cherish.

This weekend was just incredible!

Earlier this year, I attended a similar event and set myself a goal—to achieve my bronze within the year. And 9 months later, I DID JUST THAT! 💪

Standing up in front of a sold-out room of 1,000 people to collect my bronze pin was a surreal moment. It wasn’t just about the pin itself; it was a recognition of building a team of like-minded people who want to change their lives—just like I did.

What started as a way for us to travel more as a family has turned into something that’s completely transformed our lives. And the best part? Seeing the impact it's having on others around me. Honestly, I wish I'd known about this sooner!

People join this journey for so many different reasons—whether it’s for a new career, time freedom, financial independence, an extra income, or simply to explore and experience the world more. This business has the potential to give you all of that and more.

I know this may sound like a big claim, but something clicked yesterday, and I realised just how powerful this opportunity is. And I am SO proud of myself for saying YES to it.
