At Roots Art Studio we offer self esteem building classes, workshops, parties, event decorating, mural work, community service projects, paint, glitter, etc, etc. (...did I mention I'm an artist and can't seem to stay focused on just one creative thing?)
As an Art Therapist and
Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I also offer individual, group, and family counseling in the studio space. Get back to your roots and access that creative spark that we were all born with! Remember how fun crayons and finger paint were when we were little? No need for artistic talent or experience. You just need to be willing. And I promise it will be safe and fun and make your heart feel good. We all can use a dose of good soul work because life is just too hard and stressful sometimes.
