I.D Ike’s Roofing and Waterproofing was founded in 1999, through the desperation of one man trying to support his family – Ivan Ahmed.
With over 30 years of working experience in the construction company, he was unable to find employment and was in dire need of earnings. He started the business with no vehicles and no staff. Later in the year a company named The Hub Stores offered him an opportunity to repair their roof and that was the beginning of I.D. Ike’s becoming a success – through word of mouth. The Hub Stores referred other organizations like Milady’s to employ the services of I.D. Ike’s as their roofing contractor.
