This week, the Output team is taking a few days to down tools, relax and recharge. It’s time to reflect on one challenging but rewarding year, and add some detail to the vision for the next three. There’ll be some creative activities and a country walk. But most of all, the chance to hang out together away from the studio — and drink cocktails.

We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Digital Strategist to join us in London, creating characterful brands and experiences for brave clients.

You’ll be a central member of our multidisciplinary team, defining the strategic output of the studio through a toolkit of methods to apply to design projects. You thrive on creating brands with substance, communicating your thinking through clear language to inspire designers, clients stakeholders and their audiences.

Human to human. 🤝

MindGym are the behaviour change specialists. They apply behavioural science to equip companies with the skills and education to be ready for the future. With an offline rebrand completed by , we were asked to translate the new brand into a digital design system that could bridge their visual identity and digital products.

To bring the conversational feel of these ‘people-changing people’ into the digital design system, we used warm grey tones that lift the dramatic black & white brand colours. Imagery is cropped in quote modules, as if the subject is caught mid-conversation. And clear, confident typography displays copy which mimics the natural way people speak.
