Most people navigate through life out of fear...fear of lack, fear of missing out, fear of exclusion, fear of not being liked. People have forgotten to navigate life from their core, from their hearts. All of life is created from the inside out. When we cultivate an overwhelming sense of SELF love and nurturing. When we totally trust what these inner feelings are telling us...ALL the time. When was the last time you stopped to assess what is going on in your mind, heart and body?

I see a lot of people caught up in what is happening around them. Things make them upset, uncomfortable or irritated. They speak out about them, try and fix them, try and push them away.

But these experiences are alerting us to aspects of ourselves that are to be transcended. Once transcended, these experiences no longer arise.

The ancient Aghoris welcome these experiences, consume them, embrace them until they no longer have any impact.

You can't hide or separate yourself from the rest of the universe.

I am getting used to going within myself to find what I was previously looking for externally - now I know what "Go within or go without" means!!! :-)

It's tricky as the natural tendency is to seek externally, to try and acquire. But these things never last. The secret is to cultivate one's gifts, talents and abilities. Then things will gravitate towards you like magic :-)
