Delta/Surrey Host families:
We are currently looking for host families who could participate in welcoming a group of high school students from Japan from November 10th for 3 nights. We have a total of 33 students, the age group is 16 to 17, boys and girls.
The group will be visiting Surrey/Delta to spend the weekend with the host family, experiencing a homestay for 3 days.

Anyone in RICHIMOND happen to have a suite to rent? Family of 5 from Japan looking for a suite to rent in Richmond. If you happen to know anyone in the area, please message us. Here is the info of the family.

About us:
- Myself, my wife, and 3 kids: 11, 9, 5 years old
- No smoking, drug, or party
- I work full time for Kove Kitchen in Steveston
- My wife works as a freelance web designer
- We enjoy going outdoors and paddleboarding at a lake
- We are friendly, polite, clean, and respectful people

The reason to move out is the current Landlord plans to come back to our suite this Spring or Summer. We would like to move in from February to June whenever convenient for you.
We can pay 3 months rent fee in advance if preferred. References are available upon request.

We used to have my own house in Japan, so I understand the owner's feelings. We will treat your property the same as we did for our house. We do not mind if the number of bedrooms is less than that of our children because they are still little.

URGENT! Looking for host family July 22 to Aug 20, could accommodate mom and 3 children from Korea. Mom, the boy ( DOB: 2001 ), the boy ( DOB: 2010 ), the girl ( DOB: 2012 ) Hope to find 3 separate rooms if possible. If not, 2 rooms.

Compensation
If 2 separate rooms + 1 room share : Full board, $250 a week pp x 2 + $225 a week pp x 2 = $950 a week

If 1 separate room + 1 room share : Full board, $250 a week pp x 1 + $225 a week pp x 3 = $925 a week

They all will commute to ESL school in downtown during the day. Commute by themselves.
