The Philippine,Australian,New Zealand Allumni (PANZA) is a non-profit organisation committed to the never ending search for the essence of adventure. The allumni is easily recognised by their trademark logo, symbolizing the way they roll "Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned"

Their motto "Carpe Nocte" loosely translates to "Seize the Night" representing the way they conduct their business from dus

k to dawn. Committed to fostering international relationships, they collaborate with like minded people to advance networking opportunities, gaining a sense of self purpose and maintaining long lasting friendships. While this Alumni scrutinises those willing to become part of the organisation, the promise of a change in lifestyle and universal harmony far outways any induction hardships that may be experienced. P.A.N.Z.A applies a baptism by fire approach for Allumni based on the following principles:

1.Unlearn what you have learned;
2.Make statements don't ask questions;
3.Do or do not....there is no try;
4.Deem every situation as an opportunity;
5.With great power comes great responsibility;
6.Ask not what PANZA can do for you but ask what you can do for PANZA; and
