I absolutely LOVE Disney at Christmastime! I love Disney anytime of course, but there's something about Christmas that makes it extra special. I asked my family to share some of their favorites just to sum up what makes a Disney Christmas together so wonderful.

We all agreed that the Candle Light Processional with Gloria Estefan narrating the birth of Jesus and Christmas songs performed by an amazing orchestra and choir was our highlight as a family. Ohana Breakfast at Polynesian Resort was a close second as we enjoyed delicious food, character meet and greets, and time with dear friends!

One of Brian's favorite parts of this visit was the VIP experience in Magic Kingdom. Thank you Travelmation - Jen Wilhorn! 19 of us wore matching Christmas tees, were ushered to the front of every line, had special seating for the fireworks show, and an SUV ride back to our resort!

Caleb's favorite part of this trip was spending time with family and friends at Disney. We often talk about our separate trips to Disney so it was lots of fun to spend time there together! He also found a new favorite snack...Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs at Boardwalk Resort. He would suggest you try the Mexican Street Dog, Kaity loved the Pickle Dog, I don't think you can beat the original corn dog, and Brian would suggest the Deli a few doors down.

Kaity broke her foot about a week before we left for Disney World. While I am trained in accessible travel, you get a much better understanding when it directly impacts your family. Kaity loved that the Disney cast members at the resort and in the parks helped to make her celebration amazing! At Slinky Dog Dash, a cast member gave us a second ride without making us go back through the line. At Flight of Passage when Kaity discovered that she wasn't physically comfortable on the ride, one cast member immediately got her out and back onto her scooter and by the time the rest of us got off the ride, another cast member gave everyone in our family 2 lightning lanes for rides in any park. I could go on with more examples, but needless to say Disney did an outstanding job!

My favorites included Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show at Magic Kingdom, beautiful Christmas decorations, and a great time with family and friends.

Just booked...Another fall weekend get away!! This time in the Lake Geneva area. This couple will enjoy the beautiful fall colors of Wisconsin aboard the historic electric train that takes them from East Troy to The Elegant Farmer Depot for Harvest Fest activities. Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party!!! This year I switched my itinerary from HHN at Universal Studios to a Halloween party at Magic Kingdom. There was a much shorter wait time on all the rides, a fun Boo to You parade with the Headless Horseman getting things started, an awesome show at the castle, and of course lots and lots of trick or treating!!

If you’ve never taken your young children to Disney before, a special event like this is a great idea for your first trip! There are much smaller crowds and wait times but with all the Disney magic!

JUST BOOKED!! This family will be getting in the Christmas spirit aboard the Disney Magic for the Very Merrytime Western Caribbean Cruise. They will enjoy all the regular amenities on board including pools, waterslides, the AquaDuck water coaster, rotational dining in 3 themed restaurants, and lots of Disney entertainment in addition to festive holiday decorations! Summertime and Myrtle Beach make a great combination! We just spent a week there with family and friends. There are so many resorts and hotels to choose from on Ocean Front Boulevard that offer a great location to the beach and boardwalk, many amenities, and beautiful views!

We visited Duplin Winery, Crooked Hammock Brewery, ate lots of great seafood, and enjoyed Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show.
