Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party!!! This year I switched my itinerary from HHN at Universal Studios to a Halloween party at Magic Kingdom. There was a much shorter wait time on all the rides, a fun Boo to You parade with the Headless Horseman getting things started, an awesome show at the castle, and of course lots and lots of trick or treating!!

If you’ve never taken your young children to Disney before, a special event like this is a great idea for your first trip! There are much smaller crowds and wait times but with all the Disney magic!

JUST BOOKED!! This family will be getting in the Christmas spirit aboard the Disney Magic for the Very Merrytime Western Caribbean Cruise. They will enjoy all the regular amenities on board including pools, waterslides, the AquaDuck water coaster, rotational dining in 3 themed restaurants, and lots of Disney entertainment in addition to festive holiday decorations! Summertime and Myrtle Beach make a great combination! We just spent a week there with family and friends. There are so many resorts and hotels to choose from on Ocean Front Boulevard that offer a great location to the beach and boardwalk, many amenities, and beautiful views!

We visited Duplin Winery, Crooked Hammock Brewery, ate lots of great seafood, and enjoyed Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show.

JUST BOOKED! All Inclusive Riu Resort in Ocho Rios! This beautiful resort located on Jamaica's north coast is surrounded by lush gardens and amazing shorelines. This resort has 5 pools with plenty of loungers, 1 children's pool with slides, swim up bars, beach front area for resort guests only, "Splash Water World" water park, water and fitness activities, and RiuLand Kid's Club with special activities for kids.

We just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Sandals Montego Bay! We love this all inclusive resort for its friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful grounds and rooms, and delicious cuisine. Many water activities are also included in the price so Brian spent a morning snorkeling, and I of course took a tube ride!

Sandals Red Lane Spa is not included in the price, but we highly recommend a couples massage. The masseuses were very professional and accommodated each of our pampering preferences.

We enjoyed the first half of our week spending time with just the two of us, but we had the opportunity to enjoy time the second part of our week with dear friends. What a fantastic week!
