I target my PT sessions to the individuals goal, which you set

There's no fad yo-yo diet, but there is guidance on a calorie deficit plan, if you want it.
The combination of the various ways I help you works, but you need to help yourself too.

I am certainly not the only great PT out there, find someone who can help you and that you can get along with....if you want a PT that shouts ,find one ( that's not me, well maybe a little in some classes)

I will treat you as a work project and plan an end goal with milestones on the journey
