Our company goal is to represent family owned and boutique wineries of the Pacific Northwest and educate the world about the high quality of wines produced in the state of Washington and surrounding areas. Currently, our main focus of export is Asia, specifically Hong Kong and Korea, because we believe our wines are well represented on a world class level. Our objective is not only to share the wo
nderful wines produced, but also the charming wine culture of the Pacific Northwest. We want each person to find the wines that suits their individual palate and we believe that the Pacific Northwest is the perfect place. There is an abounding variety of blends, as well as straight varietals and our intention is to have people drink wine because they actually enjoy the taste of it and because it complements their daily activities and lifestyle. We want to show the versatility of how wines can supplement their lives, such as enjoying a glass with a gourmet meal while listening to live music after a long day of golf, or sharing a bottle with friends around a cozy fire and taking in breathtaking scenery on the beautiful mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Whatever each individual's passion, we want them to see the love, as well as science that goes into the wine making, so they can enjoy the full wine experience. SWWI is committed to providing our customers with a quick, transparent, and simple solution to exporting wines from the Pacific Northwest. We currently specialize in Washington and Oregon wines, but are hoping to expand to the entire Pacific Northwest area. Our company comprises of 2 people from two distinctive personal and professional backgrounds. Alvin is of Chinese descent, brought up in eastern Canada, and has lived in Washington State for almost 6 years. During his time living in the Seattle area, he has grown a fondness for the PNW for its snow sports, scenery, brew, golf courses & has developed a particular love for the exceptional wines made in Washington State. While working as an engineer contributing to the aerospace industry, he finds his true passion is to introduce one of the largest and fastest growing industries of the Pacific Northwest to the world. Tina is of Korean descent, and was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest all her life. She graduated from the University of Washington and has worked in the exporting industry in Bellevue, Washington since 2005. Though she has traveled around the world, she has a special appreciation and affection for Washington. She is immensely proud of her state and is devoted to sharing what it has to offer the world.
