The North Shore Scenic Drive Council is the oversight committee that guides the promotion and interpretation of the North Shore Scenic Drive, an All-American Road. The Council has representatives from the Counties, Cities, and tourism organizations along the Byway. The Council is staffed by ARDC's Regional Planning Division and is funded through a combination of local and federal dollars. View a M
