How about brand new carpet, a swept chimney, a pumped septic, a new grill, two cords of firewood, laundered curtains... and the same classic, weird music collection for your cabin enjoyment? Not to mention the stream that makes you question the need to go p*e every time you hear it.... it's in full force.
