Trip Introduction :
Tour meets in Bangkok. This tour total cycling distance 94 kilometers.
A couple of hours south of Bangkok lies a fertile lowland with a network of canals, orchards and a huge forest reserve-a tranquil land and lifestyle that is an important facet of Thailand that most visitors never see.
We start by visiting the Damnoen Saduak floating market, a canal packed with small boats selling just about everything before taking a long tail boat ride through the network canals. We begin our bike ride, along country roads, cycling through orchards and temples, finishing at a canal-side hotel.
Day two takes in traffic-free roads and trails with beautiful scenery, entering Kaeng Krachan national park, cycling over a large dam and alongside a crystal l line lake, through fishing villages with schools and temples, and along the coast for excellent views of the sea.
Itinerary :
Day 1 : From Bangkok we transfer to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market for a long-tail boat ride to Wat Amphawan Chetiyaram. Start cycling on back roads through coconut plantations, fruit orchards and temples and after lunch, on quiet, beautiful trails.
Day 2 : After breakfast, transfer to Kaeng Krachan National Park and ride along the lake shoreline and across a dam before back on trails and quiet country roads. Have free tiem for a swim or massage before we enjoy a great dinner at the hotel.
Day 3 : After a short transfer away from Hua Hin, we ride past fishing villages, school, temples and coconut plantations. Follow the coast to Khao Kalok and lunch at a local restaurant where we end the trip. Then we head back to Hua Hin or Bangkok.
