The Cottages are within easy access to some of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the North Coast, Benone, Castlerock, Portstewart and Portrush. We are in a central location between the beautiful Roe Valley and all the attractions of the Causeway Coastal Route, only five minutes drive from Castlerock and Coleraine. All seven self-catering cottages are Northern Ireland Tourist Board approved and sleep from four to twelve people.

We thought Oreo might be lonely as our only Speckled Park calf, so we got three friends for her. Meet Janet, Sugar and Spice. They are just a month old.

Its National Mule Day! These three are as close as we can get to mules, Dolly, Dynamo and Dixie were negotiating over who gets the last carrot. Dixie won.

Rodeo Chicken

Here on Rowan Tree Farm, the animals are finding ways to entertain themselves during lockdown. This weekend’s activity is “Rodeo Chicken”, although I’m not sure that “Peanut” our pot belly pig is amused.

Lambing Time !

First set of triplets born at Rowan Tree Farm this year. Two boys and a girl, all healthy . 👍 🐑🐑🐑

Our Pygmy goat, Ginger, gave birth to this wee man on Thursday evening. Today is his first day outside.
