Beyond an event platform, expanding above a resource center, and rising above a journey of friends our goal with Connek Ja is to build an international chosen family. From NYC to Canada to the UK and more all stemming back to our beloved Jamaica. Happy birthday to CONNEK Co Founder ! With an open heart you have let us all into your world with compassion to break down the barriers between us all over the world. Not just the LGBTQ community but all people interested in moving through out the world with love in their heart. Just so y’all all know - all these venues, ambassadors, vendors, djs and more are all tied to our fearless leader Chaday. She is the community organizer and all around hustler who is the glue on the ground there in Jamaica. Most of this project would not be possible with out her. Her work before and with CONNEK is so instrumental to the community there in Kingston and now internationally. A leader with authentic compassion for change and growth.
