Frederika, who paints digitally with a single finger, continues to captivate with her unique artistic voice despite the challenges of cerebral palsy. The exhibition is supported by the State Commission for Persons with Disabilities and takes place tomorrow at 6 pm at the Taj Cidade De Goa Heritage, Galleria Hall.
