td. He had a newsletter called "Going Places with James McCready". Dad was a true world explorer and took it upon himself to learn about and deeply know a destination by putting "boots on the ground". He was the go-to guy when you wanted to know what destinations were the places to be and what hotels you should stay in. Through his ability to connect and create lasting relationships with hoteliers, airlines and tour operators, he was able to guarantee positive travel experiences and happy memories for the countless clients who trusted him. Beginning my professional travel career in 1985, I followed in dad's footsteps and have lived through the triumphs and challenges of the travel industry. Throughout my career, I have traveled extensively and set foot on every continent - including Antarctica. In 2004, I took Argosy Travel to the next level and blended that business with TTI Canada, owned and operated by another long time industry colleague Rocky Racco. His vision was to create a travel company that combined high volume leverage with concierge service, that catered to a diverse corporate base and the higher end and luxury brand leisure traveler. TTI became a Virtuoso, Specialists in the Art of Travel associate, which entails a rigorous vetting process.
