Here is the workout of the day. Can you handle it?
Run on the treadmill for 1 mile at 8 mph
Superset 5 sets of pull ups and 5 sets of push ups
Superset 3 sets of body squats and 3 sets of leg lifts for 50 reps each

Repeat 1 more time with no rest. Let us know how you feel! About a month away rebels!

We hope you are getting your legs in shape for Rebel Race. If you need some help, here is our WOD. Do each of the following exercises for 3 sets of 15 reps each with 45 seconds rest between each set:
Dumbbell Squat
Dumbell Back Lunges
Side Lying Leg Raises
Butt Hip Raises.

Your legs will be screaming now but will be ready for Rebel Race Maryland on June 21!!
